On June 18, 2026, Dau Giay Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company convened the 2026 Annual Employees’ Conference.

The conference was attended by Mr. Do Minh Tuan – General Director of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation Limited; Ms. Truong Thi Hue Minh – Deputy General Director and Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation Limited; Ms. Truong Thi Mai Truc – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Dau Giay Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son – Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of Dau Giay Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company; together with 28 employees currently working at the Company.

Held in an atmosphere of democracy, solidarity, and responsibility, the 2026 Annual Employees’ Conference of Dau Giay Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company was conducted with due solemnity. The conference carried significant political and social importance, affirming the employees’ right to participate in the Company’s governance and fostering a harmonious, stable, and progressive working environment.

The conference provided an opportunity for the Company’s management and employees to review the achievements accomplished in 2025, engage in open and constructive discussions, and propose practical solutions to enhance labor productivity, improve working conditions, and further promote the material and spiritual well-being of employees.

Despite facing numerous challenges in 2025, the collective efforts, solidarity, and strong commitment of the Company’s management and employees enabled Dau Giay Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company to deliver exceptional performance. The Company achieved 406.8% of its annual land leasing target, raising the occupancy rate of the industrial park to 100%. Employees also demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and initiative in successfully accomplishing all assigned responsibilities.

The Vietnam Rubber Group awarded a Certificate of Merit to Dau Giay Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company in recognition of its outstanding achievements and for completing its 2025 production targets ahead of schedule.
