b. INTERNAL ROADS IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
Main arterial roads:
- Sidewalk 8m + road surface 15m + sidewalk 8m = 31m + Sidewalk 7m + road surface 14m + sidewalk 7m = 28m
Main roads in the area:
- Sidewalk 7m + Road surface 11.25m + sidewalk 7m = 25.25m.
Regional road:
Sidewalk 8m + road 8m + sidewalk 8m = 24m. + Sidewalk 8m + road 8m + sidewalk 4m = 20m. Sidewalk width: 4m – 8m, in addition to serving as a pedestrian walkway, it also houses all technical infrastructure systems: medium and low voltage power poles, water supply pipes, rainwater drainage ditches, wastewater drainage pipes, communication systems, and green spaces… The road system connects the functional areas within the industrial park and forms a closed technical infrastructure corridor, bringing electricity and water systems to each factory and enterprise, while also serving as architectural and landscape spatial axes with green spaces to create natural ventilation for the industrial park.
Total length of roads within the industrial park’s perimeter: 17.852 km.
Total area of land used for transportation: 40.53 hectares, accounting for 12.26% of the industrial park’s construction land.
