August 26th, 2014, V.R.G SA DO RUBBER THREAD JOINT STOCK COMPANY (a joint venture of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation and Sai Gon Industry Corporation and Ben Thanh Rubber Joint Stock Company) has started construction of processing plant rubber thread at Dau Giay industrial zone (Thong Nhat district). Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh attended the meeting. Rubber thread company has capacity of 345 kg/hr/line, total capacity 5.962 tons/year. This is the advanced rubber thread production line was imported from Europe. Rubber thread products mainly cater to the domestic textile industry and export part. Only rubber for manufacturing fiber products, such as T the elastic used in the production of socks; pants, T-shirts; sportswear; medical instruments. The factory was built on an area of 41.500m2, total investment almost 637 billion. As planning, Rubber thread company will start operation in the mid of 2015. Actually, most of rubber thread for garment and medical business are imported. In 2012, the country imported 11 thousand tons all kind of rubber thread.

In the morning on January 5th, 2011at Dau Giay Industrial Zone, Dong Nai. De Heus Group has started construction of processing plant feed mill capacity of 300,000 tons /year. The new plant will be built 100% with these technologies, the most advanced machines in the world. This is the 3rd plant of this Ggroup in Vietnam. The plant will official operation in the end of 2012 as expectation, elevate total output of De Heus in Vietnam to 600,000 tons / year. De Heus LLC – Dong Nai branch located in lot F1-F2-F7-F8, Dau Giay industrial zone, Thong Nhat district, Dong Nai province, total area 52.000 m2 and total investment of 15 million USD The new plant located in the center of Dong Nai markets where distribute cargo for the southeast region include: Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung tau, binh duong, binh phuoc, tay ninh, ho chi minh city ... De heus vietnam hopes that total capacity of 600.000 tons / year will occupy 10% market domestic feed in coming 5 years.

Oct 8th, 2008, Dong Nai Province has started construction Dau industrial zone which the total area 330ha at KM2, Provincial Road 769, Bau Ham 2 Village, Thong Nhat District, Dong Nai Province. Investment projects and Dau Giay industrial zone infrastructure business had perfomred by Dau Giay Industrial Zone joint-stock company with totaling 566 billion. As a multi-industry zones attract investment sectors, is expected to be completed in 2011. Dau Industrial Zone was established under the modern models Industrial zone, including: Residential, leisure center and sports services. Dau Giay is the 29th Industrial Park in Dong Nai province was established to contribute to the development infrastructure for industrial production at Thong Nhat district, while create the conditions for domestic and foreign investors have the appropriate selection for investment in Dong Nai.
