1. Electric power:
Dau Giay 110KV electric station from the North-south 500KV line with the capacity of 63MW and 22KV power grid supply for Industrial zone.
2. Water supply:
For a sufficient supply of water, 10,000 m3/day will come from Gia Tan water supply company and 300 m3 water tower , 2.000 m3 water container at side.
3. Waste Water Treatment System:
Using a modern biological sewage processing system. All industrial waste water must be processed and reach column B standard QCVN 40 : 2011/BTNMT of Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment before discharge into the collection system of Industrial zone.
The Existing Wastewater Treatment Plant with capacity of 2,000 m3/day and up to 8,000 m3/day when finish invest processing. All waste water must reach column A standard QCVN 40 : 2011/BTNMT before mix with outside environment
4. Rain Water Drainage:
An adequate drainage system which all drainage pipes has been installed underground of the roads, will drain the rainwater directly to adjacent the Suoi Bi stream, then to Dong nai River. Disposal of any wastes or oil into these drainage pipes is not allowed.
5. Roads & Access:
Main and distribution roads have width of 15m and 10m respectively. Bearing capacity is 30 ton.
